Pottery Vessel by William

From William: Many of the items that I make are created on the pottery wheel. I don't really consider myself a sculptor or someone who's artistic that way. But, as a beader, I also always have a lot of loose beads running around my desk area when I'm working. So, I came up with the idea of making little dishes—something that I could have fun decorating with various surface embellishments, and something that could hold a small amount of beads for each project. And with this, I began my journey into hand-building.

Each of these pieces is sculpted by hand and then decorated. I have no method to this, as these are a way for me to play and just get out of my own head. So, that also means that each one is unique and no two of them are the same. Whether you use them for beads, decoration, or something entirely different, I hope you love them as much as I've loved making them.
